Personalization - Process Schematic Flows
Project Overview
The Personalization Program consists of 4 different personalized message types, each with different templates that are used across several use cases. In addition to maintaining the template wires for the Personalization Program, I also created Process Schematic Flows. These process flows documented each use case, pre-conditions needed to use the message, which fields needed to be populated for each template of message type was used and its corresponding development ID, as well as where the message would send the user.

There were 4 message types, and each message type had at least two templates. Each of these templates had a number of fields that needed to be populated in order to create a single message, depending on the use case.
The second component of this project was to identify all the various use cases, and see if they could be grouped into a smaller set number. There ended up being 9 groupings of use cases with multiple iterations of each use case. Each iteration may touch multiple message types throughout the process flow.
